PP-R heat tracing antifreeze pipe is composed of polyethylene outer protective pipe, polyurethane foam insulation layer and plastic working pipe (PPR or PE-RT).The insulation effect is 4-9 times higher than that of other pipes.Moreover, due to the closed pore rate of polyurethane foam is as high as 92%, its water absorption rate is very low.Low thermal conductivity and low water absorption, coupled with insulation layer and outside waterproof performance of polyethylene pipe, greatly reduce the overall heat loss of the pipe, heat loss of the heat network is 2%, far less than the standard requirements of 10%.In addition, PP-R heat tracing antifreeze tube in PPR insulation tube on the basis of added heat tracing function, to ensure that the fluid does not freeze.

Our factory located in Binhai New Area, Tianjin, China. Mainly producing pre-insulated pipes, mineral wool insulation products and other insulating materials. You can take a plane to Tianjin, then take a train to our company.
3: How do we control our products' quality?
We have professional quality control workers and quality inspection machine to control the entire production quality. We can also provide an inspection which was offered by a third party.
4: How do you transport these products?
We use straps to hoist pre-insulated pipes, it can avoid no damage to our products, no hooks for lifting pipe directly. During the handling process, collision, tossing and more ground drag scrolling are strictly forbidden. In the process of long distance transport, the pipes should be fixed, and not damage outer protecting pipes and insulating layers.
